super healthy smoothie

(5 minutes, easy, no cook, 1 portion)

How to:

  • 2 handfuls of blackberries
  • 2 spoons of white yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach
  • you can also add musli, juice or honey

    1. Put blackberries into your blender or food processor.
    2.  Add yoghurt and slice the banana and peach. 
    3. Whizz until smooth.
    4.  With the blades whirring, pour in juice or water to make the consistency you like. 
    5. You can also add some musli or honey.
